- In a small bowl or a measure cup, combine the curry paste, salt, sugar with water. and stir to mix.
- Place all the veggies and tofu cubes in a cooking pot, then pour the mixed sauce over them,
- Simmer the pot at medium heat and stir eventually until the veggies are slightly cooked, then turn off the heat.
- Do not cover the pot with lid in order to keep the veggies looked fresh or not over cooked.
- Ready to serve with rice, breads or noodles; and can be served up to four people.
